Whaleys web site enables you to quickly find the fabric you want, and buy it on-line by sending an order and payment details securely over the Internet. We offer two payment methods: by credit card, and by sending a cheque with a printed copy of the order you have made.

The shopping system works by allowing the user to browse through the site and to add and remove items from a virtual shopping basket. Just because you add items to your shopping basket does not mean you have to buy them. Our server remembers the products that you have in your basket, so you can continue to explore the site, and when you are ready to order, just click 'Checkout'.

We'll send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as we receive your order, or in the case of paying by credit card, as soon as your card is authorised.

You can now order up to five fabric samples from us, free of charge. When browsing the fabrics, you'll see a Request a Sample button. Click this and the site will remember what you have chosen, and let you select up to five free of charge.

How safe am I to give out my credit card details over the Internet?
We'd say very safe. In fact, you are just as safe, if not more so, than placing an order with your credit card over the telephone or in a shop. All the credit card details are taken using the Worldpay payment gateway over a secure server, offering the highest industry standard levels of protection.
